- 401, 407 or 403 to QEW West, Niagara bound
- QEW to Hwy 420 (The Falls) exit. Hwy 420 exit veers to the left
- Hwy 420 to Victoria Ave. exit
- Turn right on Victoria Ave. to Bender Hill (1st stop light)
- Turn left on Bender Hill, get into left hand lane to Ontario Street (1st stop light)
- Left on Ontario Street, Ontario bends to the right
- Bird Kingdom is on the right at the bottom of the hill
or the scenic route

- Hwy 420 to Victoria Ave. exit
- Turn right on Victoria Ave. to Clifton Hill (2nd stop light)
- Turn left on Clifton Hill, take Clifton Hill right to the bottom at River Road/Niagara Parkway
- Left on River Road, proceed under the Rainbow Bridge
- Bird Kingdom is on the left right after the bridge
- Parking is on your left, or turn left on Hiram for additional parking
From London, Ontario
- Hwy 401 East, Toronto bound to exit 235, Hwy 403 East Hamilton/Niagara Falls
- Hwy 403 East to ramp QEW Niagara
- QEW Niagara to HWY 420, exit veers to the left
- Hwy 420 to Victoria Ave. exit
- Turn right on Victoria Ave. to Bender Hill (1st stop light)
- Turn left on Bender Hill, get into left hand lane to Ontario Street (1st stop light)
- Left on Ontario Street, Ontario bends to the right
- Bird Kingdom is on the right at the bottom of the hill
- Parking is on your right before the bottom of the hill
From Rochester, NY
- I-490 West to I-90 West to exit 50, I-290 W
- I-290 West to I-190 North ramp to Niagara Falls to Robert Moses Parkway
- Turn right on Robert Moses Parkway North
- Exit right at John B Daly Blvd to Niagara Street
- Turn left on Niagara Street to Rainbow Bridge
- Crossing International border. Bridge toll required. Have government issue photo ID ready including birth certificate if possible.
- On Canadian side, turn right on Falls Ave. to Hiram (1st stop light)
- Turn right on Hiram
- Bird Kingdom is on your right
- Parking is on your right at the corner of Hiram & River Road
From Erie, PA
- I-90 East to I-190 North
- Turn right onto I-190 N ramp to Niagara falls to Robert Moses Parkway
- Turn right on Robert Moses Parkway North
- Exit right at John B Daly Blvd to Niagara Street
- Turn left on Niagara Street to Rainbow Bridge
- Crossing International border. Bridge toll required. Have government issue photo ID ready including birth certificate if possible.
